Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Ship the Item
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
